The Countdown Is On: One Month Until the Recordkeeper Transition!

What You Need to Know

The most important step you’ll take during this transition is registering your new MO Deferred Comp online account with Voya. After the transition, you’ll need to:

  1. Visit www.modeferredcomp.org and click Log In at the top of the page.
  2. Select Register Now and enter your personal information.
  3. If you have a PIN, click I have a PIN. If you do not have a PIN, click Continue.
  4. If you have an email or mobile number on file, a PIN  will be sent to you immediately. If you don’t have a mobile phone number or email address on file, you’ll be given additional options to verify and register your account. Simply follow the on-screen prompts.
  5. Create your new username and password.
  6. Log in and enjoy the upgraded account experience!
IMPORTANT: If you don’t have one already, add a unique email address and mobile phone number to your account. This will help speedup the account registration process post transition so that your registration PIN (personal identification number) can be sent immediately to your phone or email.

How to Prepare

To help make the transition smooth, we recommend taking a few simple steps before the change:

  • Verify your contact information. Make sure your mobile number, email, and mailing address are current.
  • Check your beneficiaries. Confirm your designations are accurate and up to date.
  • Save important documents. Download any past statements or confirmations you’d like to keep for your records.

What's Changing

After the transition, you’ll notice:

  • A modernized online account with simplified navigation.
  • Access to the Voya Retire mobile app , which is available in the Google Play and Apple App Store.
  • New tools like myOrangeMoney® to track your retirement readiness.
  • Refreshed account statements and enhanced security features.
  • All participants with an email address on file with MO Deferred Comp will be defaulted into eDelivery and receive all account statements, confirmations, and other plan documents via email. After the transition is complete, you can change your delivery preferences.

What's Staying the Same

The MO Deferred Comp Plan itself is not changing. You’ll continue to enjoy the same investment options, contribution rules, eligibility requirements, front-end website (www.modeferredcomp.org), phone number (800-392-0925), and access to deferred comp’s team of Financial Education Professionals.
