Enroll quickly and easily in a self-directed brokerage (SDB) account by logging on to Account Access in the right sidebar. Once you are logged on, choose Brokerage Account under the Funds tab and click on the link within the Open an Account section of the page. After answering a few questions, you will be directed to an enrollment form on the TD Ameritrade website, which typically takes less than five minutes to complete.

You can also download, fill out and submit TD Ameritrade's Self-Directed Brokerage (SDB) Account Agreement/Application (PDF) or call the State of Missouri Deferred Compensation Plan Information Line at 1-800-392-0925 to request the application.

Upon receipt of your completed application, TD Ameritrade will send you a welcome letter with your brokerage account number and a separate mailing with your initial pin number.
