What if I did not receive my quarterly statement?

Quarterly statements are available to ALL participants within Account Access. Depending on your account preferences, you will either receive an eDelivery notification when statements are available or paper copies of your statement(s) in the mail. If you do not receive either of these, you can always log on to Account Access in the right sidebar of this site and navigate to the Statements & Confirms tab. Within Statements & Confirms, you can view the most recent version of your statement(s), as well as any archived statements or confirmations.

To change how you receive statements, log on to Account Access, choose Sign up for Services under the Products & Services tab, choose Statement & Confirm Delivery Options, and check your preferences. If you would like to receive an eDelivery notification when your statement is available, please ensure your email address is correct by navigating to the Personal Info page under the Manage My Account tab. Click on Change eMail to view and/or update your email address.

Please note: Even if you choose to receive your statements by mail, they will still be available to you online within Account Access.
