I was just hired and I tried to enroll in the Plan through the Information Line, but my Social Security number wasn’t recognized. When can I enroll in the Plan?

All employees are immediately eligible to join the Plan. Generally, you can enroll as soon as you receive your password and enrollment information in the mail. However, enrollments are handled by the Plan’s record keeper, ING, and they receive new hire information from the State of Missouri twice a month. If you try to enroll before your information has been forwarded to ING, your enrollment request may be denied. If that happens, speak with a Participant Service Representative by calling 1-800-392-0925 for help.
