Accessing Your Account
Plan transactions and information requests can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by logging into Account Access from the right sidebar of this website, or by calling the State of Missouri Deferred Compensation Plan Information Line at 1-800-392-0925.
After November 10, 2011, all particpants must first establish a User ID and password to access their account. You can do so quickly and easily by clicking on the Create Your Own Account link beneath the login to the right. Complete your personal information by entering your social security number, date of birth, zip code and email address. Then, select a User ID and password and complete the two security tests to finalize your registration.
Transactions completed before 3 p.m. will be processed the same business day. Transactions completed after 3 p.m. will be processed the next business day. You may cancel a transaction if you do so before 3 p.m. on the same day the transaction is made. (This does not apply to transactions requested from the Self Directed Brokerage Account.)
