Accessing Your Account
Plan transactions and information requests can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by logging in here and accessing the "My Account" section of the website, or by calling the State of Missouri Deferred Compensation Plan Information Line at 1-800-392-0925. For those Participants who are hearing impaired, please call 1-877-766-8891.
In each case, account access is restricted by use of your Social Security number and password. Your password was assigned by ING and mailed to you the last week of May 2006. After June 6, 2006, as a new employee, your password is assigned by ING and mailed to your home address, on record with your employer, shortly after your hire date.
Through the State of Missouri Deferred Compensation Plan Information Line at 1-800-392-0925 or on the website, you can request a password reminder notice or change your password to one that is easy to remember. Password changes take effect immediately.
Transactions completed before 3 p.m. will be processed the same business day. Transactions completed after 3 p.m. will be processed the next business day. You may cancel a transaction if you do so before 3 p.m. on the same day the transaction is made. (This does not apply to transactions requested from the Self Directed Brokerage Account.)
